A brief history of Faiz-e-Husaini (America)

Established on April 09, 2004, by the karam and ahsaan of Aqa Maula TUS, Faiz-e-Husaini (America) is performing khidmat for arrangement of Haj for zuwaar from America. Since the past four years, in collaboration with Faiz-e-Husaini (International) the khidmat includes, though not limited to :

 

Documents required after registration on this site :

  • Haj Visa Form of Saudi Arabia duly filled : http://www.saudiembassy.net/files/PDF/VisaApp.pdf
  • Original Valid Passport:
    If unused US Passport - please provide previous passport
    If unused Foreign Passport - please provide previous passport to show entry into USA.
  • 2 Passport sized photographs: Per Specifications.
  • Meningitis/Vaccination Certificate : Original Card/Certificate.
  • Original flue shot certificate required.
  • Proof of MEHRAM : Please provide COPIES ONLY.
  • Original Green Safai Chitthi:
    Faiz-e-Husaini (America) will only process visas with Green Safai Chithis.
  • Cashiers Cheque of $2000/- in favour of Faiz-e-Husaini (America) PER PERSON to be given to the respective director by 20th June 2010.
    Note: Only $1000/- will be refundable.
  • Payment should reach us before 20th June 2010.
